Orders with more than one item are assigned processing periods for each item.

Before shipping before shipping, we'll inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. You may not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.

Your item must be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also remain in the original packaging.
